Five Stage of Candidacy

So what’s been going on lately?

In Florida, George Zimmerman shot an unarmed teenager and was speedily arrested 46 days later. See Virginia, there is a justice system? I guess Florida makes their arrests alphabetically.

In North Korea, L’il Kim flunked his first leadership exam when he was unable to alter or reconcile the three conflicting tracks laid down by Daddy before he died in December, mainly missile launch, nuclear test, and UN peace talks. I guess because of the broken UN resolutions, the War Party will want to put up an anti-missile defense to keep us safe from Iran putting their non-existent nuclear bomb on the North Korean non-existent three stage missile. Apparently, the second stage is denial.

Speaking of stages, Rick Santorum left the stage by dropping out of the race this week, leaving the Mittbot 3000 the last candidate standing (rest of you guys turn out the lights when you leave).

So the Purity Party has their candidate at last, having passed through the five stages of grief:
  1. Denial- Herman Cain
  2. Bargaining- Rick Perry
  3. Anger- Newt Gingrich
  4. Depression- Rick Santorum
  5. Acceptance- Mitt Romney
